SHIPPING POLICIES:

90% OF ORDERS SHIP OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER 4-6 PROCESSING DAYS VIA USPS, DHL or FEDEX AND MOST ORDERS ARRIVE WITHIN 2-4 DAYS OF SHIPMENT. DURING HOLIDAYS, SALES AND PANDEMICS, EXPECT ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME TO ACCOUNT FOR FACTORY DELAYS, SHIPPING DELAYS AND CUSTOM ITEMS.

CLOSURES

ALL 5×5, 6×6, 7×7 CLOSURES AND FULL LACE WIGS THAT AREN’T STRAIGHT OR BODY WAVE ARE MADE CUSTOM FOR YOU AFTER PLACING AN ORDER. PRODUCTION FOR CUSTOM ORDERS IS USUALLY COMPLETED AFTER AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12:30 PM PST TO BEGIN PROCESSING SAME DAY. NO SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED  DIRECTLY FROM OUR PROCESSING CENTER IN ASIA. MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 2-5 DAYS.


REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS.

NO EXCHANGES.

NO CANCELLATIONS.

WLE does not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY cancellation requests.  You must receive your order first, then request a refund.

IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOK WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS INCORRECT, EMAIL US PHOTOS OF THE UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. AFTER WE CONFIRM A MISTAKE WAS MADE, WE’LL SEND YOU NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AND BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.

NOTHING SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED A REFUND – AND ANY PACKAGES SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

ALL SAMPLES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS, YOU NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $10 TO COVER PROCESSING EXPENSES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.

ANY ORDER RETURNED DUE TO THE CUSTOMER ADDING THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR MAILED BACK OUT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER PAYING THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.

WE TAKE RETURNS AND CHARGEBACKS VERY SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND A CIVIL SUIT TO FOLLOW. OUT OF THE THOUSANDS OF ORDERS WE’VE SHIPPED, WE HAVE NEVER LOST A DISPUTE.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 40% OR $100 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER) RESTOCKING FEE THAT IS NON-WAIVABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS ON SAMPLES, CUSTOM WIGS (THIS INCLUDES EXTRA DENSITY AND UNITS WITH BLEACHED KNOTS OR CUSTOM COLORS), CUSTOM ORDERS (THIS INCLUDES OUR 40” BUNDLES), OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES OR MEMBERSHIPS. ALL OF THESE PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

FRAUD & BANK DISPUTES

IF YOU DECIDE TO DISPUTE ANY ORDER YOU’VE PLACE WITH US THROUGH YOUR BANK AND COMMIT BANK FRAUD AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED OR SHIPPED YOUR ORDER, WE WILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS IS BANK FRAUD AND WE PAY HEFTY LEGAL FEES TO ENSURE ALL SCAMMERS PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES.

PLEASE NOTE: FEDERAL LAW STATES YOU CANNOT RETURN HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. WE ADHERE TO STRICT POLICIES IN REGARDS TO FEDERAL LAW, HEALTH REGULATIONS, AND HYGIENE CONCERNS. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, OR IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY ALL EXCHANGE POLICIES ARE VOIDED.THE HAIR MUST REMAIN IN THE BUNDLE AND NOT BE UNTIED AT THE TOP.THE HAIR MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGGED.RETURNED PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. MERCHANDISE MUST BE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED BEFORE A EXCHANGE CAN BE GRANTED. PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR PROCESSING.

ANY USED HAIR THAT WE RECEIVE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISCARDED AND WILL NOT BE HANDLED OR RETURNED BY OUR TEAM.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided.The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
Any used hair that we are sent back will not be returned.
